PIXAR電腦動畫
1995年，由PIXAR製作的TOY STORY上畫。 TOY STORY的出現，是動畫製作的分水嶺，因為由這一年開始，利用電腦製作動畫成了大趨勢，而PIXAR則成為了電腦動畫製作的領導者。PIXAR憑其成熟的動畫技術，將一個又一個充滿創意而又新奇的幻想世界帶到觀眾的面前。
其實PIXAR製作的動畫不算多，11年內有7套的作品，TOY STORY 1&2, A BUG’S LIFE, MONSTERS,INC, FINDING NEMO, THE INCREDIBLES, CARS。每一套都有不同的主題，內容和動畫的質素都不斷地出現突破。
除了A BUG’S LIFE外，其餘６部動畫我都有看。最近的CARS比較令我失望，故事和角色的表現都不及之前的作品出色，在場看的小朋友笑的時間亦明顯沒有其他作品的多。作為PIXAR最後一部獨立製作的動畫，實在有點可惜。
電腦動畫真的不停地進步，怪獸公司的毛毛，身上每一條毛都是如此的自然；海底奇兵的海底世界多麼有層次和色彩豐富；超人特工隊人物的動作是多麼的流暢。
如今電腦的速度的確比以前快了很多，但動畫製作仍是很花時間的，你一定估不到一秒的畫面要多少時間去繪畫. 每一秒的動畫需要有24格的畫面，而每一格的畫面大概要6小時的電腦運作，繁雜的畫面可以要用高達90小時去繪畫一格．

近日大廈的門口大閘換了新密碼, 某一天, 我和一位老人家於大閘門外. 老人家按了一個4字後停了下來, 我想她定是忘記了.
P: '婆婆, 5 吖...'
OL: '係ar....' 隨即按了個5字, 然後又停了下來
P: '9..'
OL: '哈哈...係吖.' 按下9字之後
OL: '老左記性真係差左, 但最尾一個我記得吖!' 然後按了個8字.
'DO DO DO DO.....'一段警號聲響起.
我和老人家對望了一眼.
P: '係0吖, 婆婆....'
OL: '哈哈...係吖.'

他日人們再談及施丹, 定會記起他頭上的地中海, 也會記起他在98世界杯決賽中, 以兩記頭鎚打敗巴西, 還會記得他於最後一場比賽中用頭鎚撞人, 獲紅牌離場.
這真是令人難忘一幕 .

我不討厭意大利隊，但是我沒法為它的勝利而喝采．

LITE-ON
Today I brought my DVD writer to the repair centre of Lite-on in Sham Shui Po. Here is the short conversation between the reception and me.
‘My DVD writer is out of order, so I would like you to have a check on it’
‘Sorry, we require FULL set of the product for all the request of reparation.’
‘What do you mean by full set? It is just a DVD ROM.’
‘Your DVD ROM's front panel is missing, we won't accept this as our product.’
‘??!!, I have the invoice and the warranty card. There even has a seal of your company name on the ROM.’
‘I am sorry but this is our company's regulation.’ The reception took a paper out and asked me to read.
I was on fire on the way back home. The reception's lady was polite and I knew there was nothing she could do. She was just following order. I was being angry beause I think it is non-sense for this company to refuse taking the reponsiblity to repair a out-of-order ROM due to the missing of a front panel. You can claim a ROM without a front panel is not a full set. But I am not asking you to change a new one for me. What I asked you to do are to check and repair the broken parts, and then just return to me a workable ROM. I don't care the front panel is missing or not.
I am sure I won't buy any more product from Lite-on in my life. Pionner / Samsung would be my frist choice.
p.s. After I back home, I found the front panel out and I am going to take this FULL-SET DVD ROM to repair.
